Co-ordinators Wanted
We are looking for people to take charge of the “Devonshire Tea”, “Cakes & Preserves”, “Donut” and “Christmas” stalls.
Please note, attendance at committee meetings for Stall Coordinators is not required, except for the meeting on 7th November. Please contact Mac on 9725 5939 if you are interested in taking on one of these positions.

Pre Paid Rides
Pre paid wrists bands (unlimited rides all day) will be available in the coming weeks for $25 (or $30 on fair day).

Spring is in the air..
If you’re having a spring clean out don’t forget to donate pre loved clothing, shoes, accessories, jewellery to the Parish Christmas Fair. Pre loved items can be dropped off out the front of St Richards Primary School Hall every Wednesday morning. Sunday 14th October at 11.45 to 12.30 – SPJE Containers (in church car park)
Or 23 November (set up day) – direct to fair
Also every Monday afternoon in October/ November (except 5th Nov) between 2.30 & 3.00pm – Containers
NB No bric-a-brac to St Richard’s please

A big thank you to all those involved in our Holy Week Ministries, making them the special celebrations they were.

Soon the Grade 4 and Eucharist Catechetics children of our parish will begin to celebrate their First Eucharists – please pray for them at this time.

Please read the Parish Fair Newsletter and think seriously about becoming involved with this year’s Parish Fair. At this point if some more people do not step forward, the fair will be unable to run. Is this your year to help?

TIME TO BAKE!
Cakes and scones are needed for us to sell on Fair day. Cakes can be brought to the Fair on Friday
26th November or on Saturday 27th November. Thank you.

POTTING TIME!
Got any plants that you can split? Start potting your plants and bring along on set up day for us to sell
on the plant stall.

Community Group Coordinator still needed
Rose has organized a great list of Entertainment Acts or demonstrations for the day, all the advertising and signs as well as the
Coffee Stall.  She needs someone to Co-ordinate all the Acts on Fair Day. We just need someone to greet each act at their time slot and direct them to where the designated area to perform will be.  If this is you, please ring us and Rose will explain in detail what is needed.

TRUCK NEEDED

WE HAD NO CALLS & WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR ONE!
Our Bric a Brac, toys, books and mystery bottles needs to be transported to St Richards on Fair set up Day, Friday 26th November. If you can spare a few hours that morning with a truck we will help load and unload. You may know of someone that has a truck you could borrow or have one yourself.
